<p>The present invention relates to biomarkers useful for detection of types, grades and stages of human breast cancer. The present invention particularly relates to the development of these identified biomarkers as a miRNA chip for the early and accurate diagnosis of human breast cancer. This patent application highlights the novelty in the utility of these miRNAs, that they could be used as a diagnostic kit (miRNA chip) for early and accurate detection of breast cancer grades, stages and subtypes. Few to hundreds of samples can be checked within a span of 2 to 3 hrs and hence this becomes an easy, fast, robust and high throughput technology for screening program for early detection of breast cancer.</p> |
