PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board excellent in electric reliability and mounting structure thereof.SOLUTION: A wiring board 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base body 7 including a resin 12, a fiber 11 coated by the resin 12 and a plurality of through-holes T arranged at intervals each other; a through-hole conductor 8 arranged in each through-hole T; and an insulating member 9 arranged between the base body 7 and the through-hole conductor 8 to coat the inner wall of the through-hole T. The through-hole T includes a first through-hole T1 and a second through-hole T2 adjacent to the first through-hole T1. The fiber 11 includes a first fiber 11a whose one end part 11a1 is arranged to the inner wall of the first through-hole T1 and the other end part 11a2 is arranged to the inner wall of the second through-hole T2. Among one end part 11a1 and the other end part 11a2 of the first fiber 11a, only the other end part 11a2 projects from the inner wall of the second through-hole T2 to be coated with the insulating member 9. |
