PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability of a relatively small hand-held type reciprocating saw by starting and stopping it with one hand by gripping only the forefront part of a tool body part with the one hand, due to requiring to improve the operability in a point where the conventional reciprocating saw is required to be surely used with both hands by gripping the other part by the other hand, since it has the constitution of being unable to operate a switch lever when gripping only the forefront part of the tool body part with the one hand, though it is devised for enhancing the operability of a starting operation member when gripping with both hands and when gripping with the one hand. SOLUTION: This hand-held tool includes a small lever part 23 which can be operated by a hand gripping a first gripping part G1 being the forefront part of the tool body part 10.
