PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a shaft for screw type transfer that can improve the yield of a product, and can manufacture the shaft for screw type transfer in which cracks, warpage, recesses, or the like, are hardly caused. SOLUTION: A mold 5 which has a complementary shape with a shaft 1 for screw type transfer which has a shaft body 2 and a spiral section 3 is prepared, and a metal core 9 of the shape of a long and slender shaft in which a thread part 9a has been formed over the whole outer peripheral surface is prepared. Next, the core 9 is set in the mold 5, and a melted synthetic resin is injected in the mold 5, thereby the injection molding is performed. After the synthetic resin which has been injection-molded cures, the core 9 is rotated in the predetermined direction, thereby the shaft 1 for screw type transfer is made to revolve in the reverse direction with the winding direction of the spiral section 3, and is made to move to the length direction of the shaft 1 for screw type transfer, and thereby being separated from the mold 5.
