The valve (100) has primary and secondary flow ports (16,18) that are provided with primary and secondary valve seats (20,22) which are cooperated with valve elements (24,26). A pivot axis (32) is formed with primary and secondary lever arms (28,30). Primary and secondary valve elements are arranged on primary and secondary lever arms and are separated by predetermined lengths from pivot axis. Primary and secondary valve elements are moved away from respective valve seats and are pivoted in specific direction opposite to movement direction of valve elements.
