According to the present invention, the medicinal ginseng ball containing wood-cultivated ginseng and a thick drink containing the same have more excellent palatability and storability than ones of the prior thick drink, which is commercially available and contains the wood-cultivated ginseng. Therefore, the medicinal ginseng ball containing wood-cultivated ginseng and the thick drink containing the same can increase a utilization value of the wood-cultivated ginseng as health-promotional food, and can be advantageously used for traditional food for promoting health or for cultural products, which can be exported abroad.
