The present invention relates to a marine floating structure and a liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification method so as to perform LNG regasification using a heat source generated from an engine and to provide natural gas. The marine floating structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main turbine for generating propulsion; a main engine boiler which provides steam to rotate the main turbine; a storage tank where LNG is stored; an LNG supply line which supplies the LNG stored in the storage tank; and regasification equipment which is connected to one side of the LNG supply line and performs LNG regasification using the steam provided from the main engine boiler.
