Disclosed is an apparatus to control a user terminal. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control a user terminal includes: a connection unit connected to a terminal of a user; an operation unit which has a plurality of keys to operate the terminal of the user connected to the connection unit; and a control unit which performs control such that a cursor, which is displayed on a display unit of the terminal of the user, is moved to a position of the display unit corresponding to the input key when a key is inputted in the operation unit, and an operation corresponding to the input key is performed on the position of the movement. |
