PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device that is safe and can train various muscles, saves footprint and can be introduced at low cost. SOLUTION: The training device is constituted of: a female side fastener mounting tool 1 provided with a female surface 13 for a load of a hook-and-loop fastener on the surface of a resin elastic plate 11 with a mounting belt 14 to be closely stuck to user's forearm 62; and a male side fastener mounting 2 provided with a male surface 23 for a load of a hook-and-loop fastener on the surface of a resin elastic plate 21 with a mounting belt 24 to be closely stuck to user's large thigh 63.
