Disclosed is a power conditioner wherein a fluctuation error detector (13a) detects fluctuation errors in outputs from an inverter (4) applied to an effective power fluctuation generator (9) and, when an error in fluctuation of the inverter (4) output is detected, opens an output relay (5) in a relay opening device (15), thereby preventing single operation of a grid-connected inverter. |
