PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external part of a camera-attached communication terminal apparatus with a camera that is rotatably attached to the body part of the camera and is designed to rotate reliably, with ease and without blocking the photographing range when the angle of the camera is adjusted toward a subject. SOLUTION: A camera 40 is rotatably attached near the rim of a front face inside a body part 20. An opening 206 for the camera is formed on a front panel 205 in opposite to a hole 403 for a camera lens formed on a camera holder 401 of the camera 40. An opening 207 for rotation operation through which the camera holder 401 is exposed is formed on a top face 204a of the body part 20.
