The present invention relates to an agricultural film and a manufacturing method thereof, which can be used to reduce the use of chemicals for preventing pests and stably harvest crops by converting unstable growing conditions of outdoor culture into greenhouse culture, and in particular can eliminate the hassle of installing a vinyl greenhouse and shielding the external sunlight using a separate shade net in such a case that special crops should be cultivated by blocking sunlight. The present invention provides an agricultural film and a manufacturing method thereof. The agricultural film includes: an outer layer including resins and carbon nanosubstances; and an inner layer positioned inside the outer layer and containing resins and pyroligneous liquid. According to the present invention, the agricultural film is positioned between the outer layer and the inner layer and may additionally include an intermediate layer containing resins and a photocatalytic agent.
