<p>A conductivity sensor for measuring the conductivity of a medium surrounding the conductivity sensor comprises a first toroidal coil (13; 33), which surrounds a continuous opening (17; 37) to which the medium can be applied, for inducing a current in the medium, and a second toroidal coil (23; 35), which surrounds the continuous opening (17; 37), for detecting a magnetic field which is generated by the current, wherein at least one of the toroidal coils (13, 23; 33, 35) has a multiplicity of first conductor sections (15; 25), which run on one plane of a multilayer conductor card (12; 22), and a multiplicity of second conductor sections, which run on a second plane of the conductor card (12, 22), and a multiplicity of plated-through holes (16, 26) which connect the first conductor sections (15; 25) to the second conductor sections, wherein the first conductor sections (15, 25), the second conductor sections and the plated-through holes (16, 26) together form the turns of a toroidal coil (13, 23).</p> |
