PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which imparts excellent gloss to the hair, gives a smooth touch, and still has a conflicting feeling of use which imparts a moist and dry feeling to the hair. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic includes (A) 1-15 mass% vegetable oil, (B) a volatile oil, (C) a high-molecular-weight dimethylpolysiloxane, and (D) dimethylpolysiloxane containing a hydroxyl group, a polyoxyethylene group and/or a polyoxypropylene group.
