The invention provides an interrupter operating mechanism capable of suppressing the outward protrusion of a pair of operating plates and realizing the miniaturization thereof, which comprises a pair of operating plates (31) arranged parallel to each other and supported by a fulcrum (32), pins (33) respectively inserted inside the through holes of the pair of operating plates (31) and a holding member (34) equipped with a pair of inner abutting parts and a pair of outer abutting sheets (34d). The inner surfaces of the pair of inner abutting parts abut against that of the pair of operating plates (31), so that the interval between the pair of operating plates (31) arranged parallel to each other is decided. The outer surfaces of the pair of outer abutting sheets (34d) abut against that of pair of operating plates (31), so that the interval between the pair of operating plates (31) is not enlarged. The through holes (31b) of the pair of operating plates (31) equipped with the pins are blocked by the pair of outer abutting sheets (34d). In the operating mechanism, the interval between the pair of operating plates (31) equipped with pins is maintained the same and the pins (33) are prevented from shedding out of the operating plates (31). |
