PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a vehicle in which an inside of a luggage space is utilized even when a cooling fan is disposed. SOLUTION: The cooling structure is mounted on the vehicle, and includes: an IPU (intelligent power unit) 19 for supplying an electric power to a motor; and the cooling fan 51 for cooling the IPU 19. The IPU 19 and the cooling fan 51 are arranged below the luggage space 18.
