Method for manufacturing an extruded alveolar sheet

The method involves spacing covering walls and connecting the walls using spacers by a plastic material extrusion through a die. Lamination channels (28, 29) coupled together by slits, opened in the extrusion direction, are housed between the lips of the die. The lamination channels are supplied independent of each other from two different plastic material sources having different viscosity and pressure levels, by a screw extruder, while the slits are supplied from the channels. An independent claim is also included for an alveolar sheet.
