The portable modem communication device comprising a host port to be connected to said computing device by plugging it thereto and a memory with a bootstrapping Operative System wherein said memory is an internal memory of said portable modem communication device. The method being implemented to provide said connectivity capabilities to said computing device by using said portable modem communication device.
