PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flat die and sheet is provided to change easily the width of a sub layer by controlling a plug stroke and to shape a sheet for only a main layer by using a plug in which a flow path is not formed. CONSTITUTION: Fused resin for a main layer is injected to a main layer inlet port(20). A plug(1) has a sub layer inlet port and a sub layer outlet port. Fused resin for a sub layer is inserted to the sub layer inlet port. The fused resin for the sub layer for is flown out through the sub layer outlet port. The plug is inserted into the side of a manifold part(30). The manifold part flows out the fused resin inserted from the main layer inlet port and the fused resin flown out from the sub layer outlet port to the outside. |
