A dent restoration device according to the present invention is capable of reducing manufacturing and maintenance costs as the dent restoration device can be compact because a structure is simple and the number of components is small. Furthermore, work efficiency can be improved as a user can easily restore a dent only by power pivoting a pivoting lever. An adsorption member having a different size can be replaced without replacing an adsorption member hanger when the adsorption member is replaced depending on the size of the dent as an adsorption member accommodation groove of the adsorption member hanger is formed to be stepped and have a different size. The position of a support board can be changed depending on the position and sight of an operator as the support board inserted into a lifting rod can be rotated in a horizontal direction on a vehicle body.
