<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine equipped with a continuously variable transmission mechanism capable of attaining cost reduction and high controllability. <P>SOLUTION: A rice transplanter 1 includes an engine 2, a motor 22, a HST 35, two rear wheels 21, a differential apparatus 23 and a controller. The HST 35 changes the output of the engine 2. The differential apparatus 23 outputs differential power between the output of the HST 35 and the output of the motor 22 to the rear wheels 21. The controller controls the rotational speed of the motor 22. Besides, the output of the engine 2 is kept substantially constant.
