<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device that detects fraudulent activities of an employee in an accounting procedure according to the employee's behavior around a checkout counter; and to provide a method for control of a warning device and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The warning device includes: a pattern memory unit T that stores fraudulent patterns indicating behavior, around the checkout counter 7, of the employee suspected of the fraudulent activities; a behavior detection unit 3 (4) that detects employee's behavior around the checkout counter 7; and a warning unit 98 that issues a warning if the employee's behavior detected by the behavior detection unit is determined to match at least one of the fraudulent behavior patterns stored in the pattern memory unit, according to the detection results of the behavior detection unit 3 (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
