<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve work assignment on which a much more actual operation load is reflected in performing operation assignment to a staff with a high sense of fairness on the basis of an action being the actual operation result of the staff in addition to the state of the operation object. <P>SOLUTION: Action information having a relation with the index of an operation load is accumulated during the execution of the operation of a staff. Concerning the accumulated action information, a correlation with the index showing the operation load is evaluated, and the highly correlated action information is extracted as that which is highly related with the operation load. The extracted action information is accumulated and evaluated, so that it is attainable to estimate the actual operation load of each staff. The staff whose workload is low in the past fixed period is extracted on the basis of the estimated operation load, and when new operation assignment is necessary, the pertinent staff is extracted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
