PURPOSE: A camera module operation control device and a method thereof are provided to performing a lens focusing function while a lens module does not adhere to stoppers, thereby removing current distortion. CONSTITUTION: A camera module operation control device includes a lens module, first and second stoppers, and a control unit. The lens module is moved along an optical axis. The first and second stoppers limit a maximum movement available section of the lend module. The control unit sets an effective movement area between places spaced as much as a predetermined distance from the first and second stoppers. |
