<p>A rotating assembly 25 includes a shaft 6 having a driven end 10 and a driving end 12. At least one rotating member 38 is coupled to the driven end 10. A support member 50 is operatively connected to the at least one rotating member 38. A dynamic balancing system 70 is operatively coupled to the support member 50. The dynamic balancing system 70 includes a first balancing weight 80 rotatably mounted to the support member 50 and is operatively connected to a first motor 144. A second balancing weight 83 is rotatably mounted to the support member 50 and is operatively connected to a second motor 146. A controller 174 is operatively connected to the first and second motors 144, 146. The controller 174 is configured and disposed to signal each of the first and second motors 144, 146 to rotate and to establish a desired position of the first balancing weight 80 and the second balancing weight 83 relative to at least one rotating member 38.</p> |
