METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MEMBRANES COMPRISING NANO FIBER WITH EXCELLENT TRANSPARENCY AND FLEXIBILITY

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nanofiber membrane with excellent transparency and flexibility, comprising the steps of: (i) manufacturing one kind of a water-soluble solution selected from a water-soluble solution of natural protein and a water-soluble solution of chitosan having the molecular weight reduced; (ii) manufacturing a spinning solution by adding the aqueous solution of poly(vinyl alcohol) and glyoxal to the water-soluble solution; (iii) manufacturing a nanofiber membrane from the spinning solution; (iv) manufacturing a water-insoluble nanofiber membrane by keeping the nanofiber membrane in an alkali atmosphere; and (v) immersing the water-insoluble nanofibers in water and drying the water-insoluble nanofibers. The present invention can prevent environmental pollution by recycling resources during the manufacture of a nanofiber membrane with excellent transparency and flexibility, saves manufacturing costs and energy, and can simplify a manufacturing process. The nanofiber membrane manufactured according to the present invention is useful for electronic devices such as solar batteries, transistors, displays, biosensors and gas sensors or functional clothes materials as the nanofiber membrane has excellent transparency and flexibility. The nanofiber membrane manufactured according to the present invention can be used as an electronic substrate or the like by coating the nanofiber membrane with silver nanofibers or carbon nanofibers.
