The present invention relates to a hydraulic punching apparatus, and more specifically, to a low noise type hydraulic punching apparatus which has an impact bar which is accommodated in a piston to prevent the impact bar from coming in contact with the inside of the piston and is inclined to prevent cracks. The apparatus reduces noise and improves heat radiating performance by installing a noise insulating material or a heat sink inside the piston or outside the impact bar.
