Disclosed is an invention about a magnetic sorter having a crushing function. The magnetic sorter having a crushing function comprises: a body having a top including a feeding hole, and a bottom settled and supported by means of a support member; a crushing unit which crushes waste including metal material fed through the feeding hole; and a magnetic sorting unit which is disposed at the inner bottom of the body and sorts metal material and recycled material from crushed waste using magnetism.
