APPARATUS FOR HEATING MATERIALS AND COATTING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

Provided are a heating apparatus for generating coating vapor which makes (dry) coating of a base material (steel plate) continuously moving possible in a vacuum state and a coating system having the heating apparatus. The heating apparatus according to the present invention includes a coating vapor generating unit which is provided to heat a supplied coating medium of a solid phase in order to generate coating vapor coated on an object to be coated. After the heating apparatus changes the coating medium from the solid phase into a liquid phase, coating vapor is generated from the coating vapor generating unit. The heating apparatus according to the present invention supplies the coating medium of the solid phase in the initial stage and changes the phase of the coating medium into the liquid phase, and then, supplies the phase-changed coating medium to the coating vapor generating unit, thereby preventing corrosion (or damage) on facilities due to supply of the coating medium in the liquid phase. Meanwhile, the heating apparatus can prevent a drop of temperature of the coating medium, such as the existing wire, and maximize energy efficiency of the apparatus because the supplied coating medium of the liquid phase is generated as coating vapor (evaporated vapor), thereby enabling high-speed coating of the base material, especially, the steel plate, and enhancing quality.
