The present invention relates to a power-net system of a fuel cell hybrid vehicle capable of simplifying the structure and the control thereof; and to a charge and discharge controlling method. A power-net system of a fuel cell hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fuel cell and a battery for an electronic vehicle (EV battery) which are connected by a main bus terminal to be parallel; an insulated gate bipolar mode transistor (IGBT) connected to a sub battery and the main bus terminal; an inverter connected to the main bus terminal; and a driving motor connected to the inverter. |
