Disclosed is a width control apparatus and method in an endless rolling line between continuous casting and hot rolling. According to the present invention, the width control apparatus, which is adopted in an endless rolling line between continuous casting and hot rolling of a mini mill having a continuous casting machine, a roughing rolling machine, a heating device, and a finish rolling machine, includes: a tension controller controlling the tension between the roughing rolling machine and the finish rolling machine to a target tension value; a width measuring unit measuring the width of the outlet of the finish rolling machine; and a width controller controlling the tension controller to change the target tension value when the measured width of the outlet of the finish rolling machine is different from a target width. |
