Disclosed in the present invention is an underwater quay wall damage detector for performing a direct underwater inspection of damages on a quay wall in a harbor or a canal. The underwater quay wall damage detector according to the present invention includes a body; a pair of first drive units arranged on the base of the body at a predetermined distance; second drive units arranged on the bottom of the body, vertical from the first drive units; a drive power conversion unit installed on the body to change the heights of the first drive units; a propulsion unit prepared in the body to move the body toward the first and second drive units underwater; a camera coupled to the body to photograph the quay wall of the harbor; and a lighting unit coupled to the body.
