The present invention relates to a method for preparing white radish pickles by sugaring, and more specifically, to a method for preparing white radish pickles by sugaring, which is characterized by mixing white radish and sugar for sugaring; producing a sauce using sugaring liquid produced in the mixing process; and mixing and fermenting the sauce and the sugared white radish. According to the present invention, white radish pickles, which are extremely tasty and not salty, can be prepared with a simple and economical method.
