METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY EVALUATING INVALIDATION OF PATENTS BASED ON COMPLEX FACTORS

According to an embodiment disclosed in the present specification, a method for automatically evaluating invalidation of patents based on complex evaluation criteria is provided. The method may include receiving an evaluating request for a certain patent from a user′s device; and providing the estimated evaluation result of the certain patent for the user′s device by using an evaluation engine built beforehand. By making an organic algorithm with two or more among the existence of prior technical documents, the existence of patent family, and the length of independent claims for the certain patent to define the same as complex evaluation criteria, the evaluation engine can determine the possibility of invalidating the certain patent according to the complex evaluation criteria.
