The present invention relates to a power distribution equipment replacing apparatus utilizing a crane which can replace insulators, cross arms, and telephone poles safely and quickly which are power distribution equipment in a live line state and minimize the use of equipment and manpower by using the crane. Therefore, the present invention for power distribution equipment replacing apparatus having a verticality mount to install a cross arm alongside of the cross arm of the telephone poles, is configured to comprise a mounting bracket which is mounted to a boom tip of the crane; a first joint part which is disposed in the mounting bracket to adjust a rotation angle vertically; a second joint part which is disposed in the first joint part to adjust a rotation angle horizontally; and a fastening socket which is disposed in a verticality to be mounted detachably to the second joint part. |
