An energy-saving type indoor heating device for a large vehicle according to the present invention is characterized by including a cooling water circulating line circulating cooling water, between an engine of the large vehicle and radiator and composed of a supply line supplying the cooling water of high pressures generated by driving the engine to the radiator and a returning line returning the cooling water cooled by the radiator to the engine; a branched line branched from the supply line of the cooling water circulating line. The branched line is connected to first and second supply lines supplying the cooling water of high temperatures to a fan coil for a driver seat and fan coil for a large indoor space of a large vehicle. A forced circulation pump is installed on the middle of the branched line. The first supply line is connected to the fan coil for a large indoor space of the large vehicle. A first electric valve is installed on the middle of the first supply line. The first electric valve is formed into a normal open type electric valve. The second supply line is connected to the fan coil for a driver seat. A second electric valve is installed on the middle of the second supply line. The second electric line is formed into a normal open type electric valve. A third electric valve is installed on the supply line of the cooling water circulating line. The third electric valve is formed into a normal closed type electric valve. A first returning line is connected between the fan coil for a large indoor space of a large vehicle and the returning line of the cooling water circulating line. A second returning line is connected to the fan coil for a driver seat and the returning line of the cooling water returning line.
