The present invention relates to: a microplate for cell culture in a pillar shape having a coating film of a cell adhesion layer on the upper surface; a cell culture container having and a support plate and the microplate attached onto the support plate; a method of manufacturing the microplate for cell culture including a first process of injecting a photocuring polymer solution on the support plate, a second process of arranging patterned photomasks on to the upper part of the support plate, a third process of emitting light from the upper part of the photomasks, a fourth process of removing the non-reacted photocuring polymer solution, and a fifth process of forming the coating film of the cell adhesion layer; and a method for the analysis on a cell culture sample including a process of culturing cells on the culture container.
