The present invention provides a device for correcting a shape of a cold-rolled steel sheet to produce a cold-rolled steel sheet with a satisfying quality at high speed using less energy and to manufacture a cold-rolled steel sheet that has minimum flatness correction and residual stress. The device for correcting a shape of a cold-rolled steel sheet comprises a supplying part which continuously supplies a cold-rolled steel sheet; a heating part which heats the continuously supplied cold-rolled steel sheet to the target temperature of annealing; a cooling part which cools the annealed cold-rolled steel sheet; a reheating part which reheats the cooled cold-rolled steel sheet to the temperature of aging treatment; and a correcting part which continuously corrects the shape of the reheated cold-rolled steel sheet.
