The present invention relates to a coated granule fertilizer prevented from floating in water, and more specifically, to a coated granule fertilizer which forms triple coated layers with a composition comprising a water-soluble acrylic polymer to prevent fertilizer particles from floating on water when fertilizing a rice paddy and the like with the fertilizer. The coated granule fertilizer of the present invention does not affect the dissolution rate of the fertilizer components in water and shows a slow release dissolution pattern while solving the floating matter shown during fertilization in water, thereby being widely applied to such rice farming.
