The present invention discloses an apparatus for preheating a pipe. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preheating a pipe includes a main body which has a tube structure having an inner flow channel and includes multiple grooves formed to be connected to the inner flow channel; a fuel supplying part which supplies fuel to the inner flow channel of the main body; combustion parts which are joined to the grooves and burn fuel injected through the grooves; and a fixing part which fixes the main body on an inner side of the pipe.
