The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for warning an object by using a massage seat. The apparatus for warning an object by using a massage seat comprises: the massage seat which includes multiple vibration areas; a panorama image creating unit which creates a panorama image of the surroundings of a vehicle; an object detection unit which detects a coordinate of the object from the panorama image; a steering control unit which measures the steering angle of the vehicle; a warning judgment unit which decides whether a warning is necessary or not by using the coordinate of the object and the steering angle of the vehicle and, if necessary, determines an warning area of the vehicle corresponding to the coordinates of the object; and a seat control unit which vibrates at least one area of the multiple vibration areas which is matched with the warning area of the vehicle.
