METHOD FOR DETERMINING THRESHOLD IN WEATHER DATA AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING SERVICE RELATED TO WEATHER DATA BY USING THE METHOD

In order to determine a threshold of weather data, a gain of information on each attribute included in the initial attribute set corresponding to the whole weather data is calculated and conditional probability correlation between a certain attribute and a target class is calculated on the basis of the gain of information on each attribute. Then, an attribute subset is created by removing the attributes which have the overlapped attributes from the initial attribute set, and the threshold of each attribute is determined in the attribute subset.
