The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition including a natural extract. The antibacterial composition of the present invention includes an extract of the leaves of Rosa rugosa as an active component, and the extract takes up 0.02 to 50 wt% of the total weight of the composition. Moreover, the antibacterial composition is effective against Corynebacterium xerosis.
