The present invention relates to a method for registering a payment means for non-medium payment. According to the present invention, the method for registering a payment means executed through a program provided in a wireless terminal comprises a first step of processing membership registration of a user by an operating server operating the program; a second step of transmitting information for processing such that a payment agent providing a non-medium payment server shares member information of the user registered to the operating server and has authority to provide the non-medium payment service using the program based on an agreement of the user about terms for the non-medium payment service; a third step of connecting a direct communications channel to the n^th financial company server provided in the n^th financial company (n is equal to or greater than 1 and smaller than or equal to N) which has issued a payment means to the user among the N number of financial companies (N is equal to or greater than 1) affiliated with the payment agency with the authority to provide the non-medium payment service; and a fourth step of receiving payment means information and user information from the user and registering the received information in the n^th financial company server through the direct communications channel.
