The present invention provides a friction stir welding device which can minimize deformation of a supporting plate, caused by pressure of a welding tool. The friction stir welding device includes the welding tool which comprises a shoulder and a tool pin installed to extrude from the shoulder; a drive part which rotates the welding tool and uses pressure to transfer the welding tool along a welding part of a material to be welded; the supporting plate which supports the material to be welded; and a strip member arranged between the supporting plate and a lower side of the welding part of the material to be welded.
