Multiple foldable blade processing parts having one transfer shaft are formed on both sides of a processing drum and are connected by one rotary shaft. A deployable rolling roller is arranged on the rotary shaft. A forward movement rolling roller is arranged on the transfer shaft. Accordingly, the present invention can precisely fold bags by removing deviation caused by the driving of the foldable blade processing parts arranged on both sides of the processing drum and preventing the errors of the forward movement and deployment of the foldable blade processing parts.
