A mold apparatus for hydroforming is provided. The mold apparatus for hydroforming comprises an upper mold and a lower mold; and a mold clamping means which is provided to prevent the generation of a gap between the upper mold and the lower mold when liquid pressure is applied to the molds. The mold apparatus for hydroforming in the present invention adds a clamping function to the molds used for hydroforming so that press capacity, which applies pressure to the molds during the hydroforming process for implementing molding by applying liquid pressure, can be reduced, thereby saving overall investment expenses and making equipment construction easier. Furthermore, liquid pressure (water pressure) can be increased at the time of forming a material with hydroforming so that the precision of forming a part can be improved. |
