Disclosed is a valve durability testing device. The valve durability testing device includes: a clean tank (1) storing clean oil; a pump (2) pumping clean hydraulic oil in the clean tank (1); a switching valve (3) which is connected to the pump (2) to selectively control the flow of the clean hydraulic oil; a cylinder (7) which includes a cylinder head (7a) and a cylinder rod (7b) and is connected to the switching valve (3) through the hydraulic oil line; a testing valve (5) for the durability testing of valves; a pollution tank (10) storing the polluted hydraulic oil; and a check valve (9) arranged between the testing valve (5) and the pollution tank (10) to block the flow of the hydraulic oil to the pollution tank (10) in case of an overload and controls the polluted hydraulic oil to flow in the direction of gravity in a neutral state. The cylinder (7), testing valve (5), pollution tank (10), and check valve (7) are formed as an individual closed-loop circuit circulating polluted materials. |
