The present invention relates to a composition which has a cell activation effect by containing a red ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) extract and a raspberry (Rubus coreanus Miquel) extract as effective components. Specifically, the cell activation effect includes a function which facilitates cell viability, restoration against DNA damage, hindrance of apoptosis, non-periodic DNA synthesis, DNA cut reduction rate, DNA content reduction of a low molecular weight, expression level of a p53 protein, and expression reduction of a p53 dependent protein.
