The present invention relates to a diesel particulate filter (DPF) for construction machinery having a warning equipment notifying a moving timing at forced regeneration of the DPF, which can prevent the filter from being damaged due to excessive particulate matters (PM) deposition even in a case where the filter is necessarily moved to a regeneration position at the forced regeneration. The DPF includes a real deposition amount estimation unit which estimates a real deposition amount of the PM deposited on the filter; a memory unit stored with a reference deposition amount of which a regeneration timing of the filter is represented by the deposition amount of the PM on the filter; a deposition amount determining unit which determines whether the PM amount deposited when the construction machinery is moved to the regeneration position according to the predicted required time when the construction machinery is moved to a position capable of the forcibly regenerating the filter or the predicted distance to the regeneration position, and the real deposition amount estimated by the moving deposition amount estimation unit which estimates the PM amount and the moving deposition amount estimation unit reach to a notification deposition amount which is resulted by reducing the moving deposition amount from the reference deposition amount; and a notification unit which notifies the timing of moving the construction machinery to the regeneration position when the deposition amount determining unit determines that the real deposition amount reaches the notification deposition amount. Therefore, even in the case where the filter is necessarily moved to the regeneration position at the forcible regeneration, it is possible to prevent the filter from being damaged due to the excessive PM deposition.
